Headache (Sinus and More)

I had a really bad sinus headache the other night. I took a wash cloth and soaked it with AlkaCare®. (I used a dark colored wash cloth, it will stain.) I laid down and put the wash cloth over my forehead and eyes for about a half hour. I then went to sleep for about an hour. When I woke up the sinus headache was gone! I woke up in the middle of the night, my eyes were itching miserably from allergies (they say it is 200% worse than last year). I took a wash cloth soaked with AlkaCare, placed it over my eyes, nose and sinuses, and within a few minutes the itch in my eyes completely went away and a short time later my sinuses cleared up. – B.B., Chester Cty, PA
