After using the coconut oil just once, I see all the difference in the world in my face today and in my hands. ‘The Coconut Oil Miracle’ by Bruce Fise, CN, ND tells how to use it on your complexion, it even removes age spots. It is wonderful. The book says not all Coconut oils are created equal, it says though that if it has the distinct coconut fragrance it is probably the best, which this does. – C.P., Lenoir, NC
